Want to know about our Agent Direct Selling Program?

Here’s a detailed overview of the Agent Direct (Selling) Program that includes “FAQ” and “Who Pays What.”

  • Selling Fees To sell a property on iBid.House, the listing agent or Selling client will pay the standard $200.00 internet transaction fee to enter a property on our online auction platform and/or website(s).
  • This internet transaction fee allows the agent to load a property for a 21-30 day bidding period.
  • We suggest offering your selling client the ability to (Accept or Reject) any offer at any time during the auction selling process.
  • Auction properties generally sell in a 14-day bidding duration, unless the property is expected to receive multiple offers or is of very high value. A Property Yard Sign is provided and can be shipped via FedEx. We prefer that the listing agent post the sign. after assuring their clients permission!
  • iBid.House does not interfere with the agent’s listing fees.
  • We negotiate every auction property with our listing and buyer’s agents. Agents can list their selling clients property and charge the seller of the property a low (suggested 2% to 3%) listing fee and we will cover the buyer’s agent fee to make sure that both the listing agent and buyer’s agent earns their normal commission or agreed dollar fee.
  • Listing Fees:
  • If a property sells, iBid.House will receive a standard fee of one percent (.05% to 1%) or $500 minimum) paid by the listing agent at the closing, unless otherwise agreed to by iBid.House and the Seller.
  • All auction selling programs, including Jenkins Real Estate Auctions LLC and iBid.House, charge the (registered bidder / potential buyer) of the property a (Buyer’s Premium Fee). The Buyer’s Premium fee ranges between (5% to 10%). We at Jenkins Real Estate Auctions LLC and our affiliate company and websites, always offer full transparency and due diligence to all (bidders / potential buyers) and negotiate the buyer’s premium with our agents and adjust every fee to make sure that our listing and or buyer’s agents earn their normal commission fee.
  • Our Agent Direct Selling Program will offer our co-listing agents a new way of marketing for new business by offering a home selling program at (2% to 3), not the standard (5% to 6%) that other agents will offering in listing that same property!
  • Our new home selling program should be thought of as a very strong marketing program, reaching out to qualifying sellers.
  • Selling clients will be very interested on learning about your new home selling program and how it can save them thousands of dollars when selling their property. They will contact you to learn more!
  • Properties will be posted on your local MLS and all selling contracts will be done the same using the traditional state real estate selling process…that you are use to.
